Being Welsh I am obviously a passionate rugby supporter having played in Wales until the age of 50. Skiing is a favourite holiday for me, for relaxing I will usually get my head into a book.
Achievements
Have completed the London marathon twice and numerous half marathons. Opened and ran two successful Health clubs in the UK, one in Wales the other in The Cotswold’s.
