Interests
I am always on the lookout for ways to improve my training delivery and learn something new! Cooking, gardening, dancing, and my greyhound are also some of my other top favourite interests. Don’t be surprised if you see me grooving to the music in the gym…
Achievements
Being a university graduate is only the start – I hope to continue my studies in exercise physiology to maintain my evidence-based practice. Additionally, active inclusivity is important to me. I studied Auslan to help eliminate communication barriers and improve exercise experiences for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. (Being an adult and looking after yourself/house/job/animals – that’s an achievement in itself, too, right?)
Aspirations
I aspire to educate people to improve their body awareness, feel the positive effects of their training in their everyday life, and heighten their curiosity to strive for more.
