Background

I first discovered my passion for health and fitness at Aquinas College, when I decided to join our gym. What started as just a hobby, soon became a passion and great interest of mine as I began to notice not only positive changes within my body such as increased muscle mass and energy levels but also both my performance during sport and academics had increased along with my concentration and memory and a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing.

This discovery is what lead me to study Health and Fitness to further learn more to not only help myself but to enable me to help others.
