At Essence, our team Dietitian- Emma provides evidence-based and personalised nutrition advice, that is practical and realistic for you. Emma is also an Accredited Sports Dietitian, which means she has completed specialised training in nutrition for exercise and sports performance.

Emma believes that knowledge about food and nutrition needs to be accompanied with the skills to buy and prepare food in order for life long, healthy habits to occur. Emma provides ongoing support until you feel confident to maintain new behaviors and make food decisions with confidence.
