  • Interests:

    Life = health, community, positivity and enjoyment. Sport is a big part of my life, playing AFL, touch football, hockey & athletics. Outside sport, my favorite meal of the day is brunch. The rest of the day you’d catch me listening to TED talks and honing my yoga skills. I love being a PT and coach, teaching my clients how to move their bodies better

    I am currently completing a Master of Teaching (PE/Science) due to be completed in 2019. My goals for 2018 are to increase my business knowledge skills and build my own small business as a PT at Essence Fitness
